We know that 100% of 818 is, well, just 818.**Step 2:**If 100% of 818 is 818, then we can get 1% of 818 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 818 / 100. This is equal to 8.18. Now we know that 1% is 8.18.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 818 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 8.18 times 1 = 8.18. That's all there is to it!
