Biography: Rapper, singer-songwriter and record producer Post Malone has himself called his style of music "genre-less". Malone's father was a DJ and growing up introduced his son to a number of different music styles including country, hip-hop and rock and Malone's own musical style is a melting pot of these and other genres.
In 2015 Post gathered attention for the single "White Iverson" after uploading his song to a SoundCloud account and later releasing a video for it. Post went on to work with Kanye West after playing at Kylie Jenner's birthday party. In 2016 Malone also worked with Justin Bieber, appearing as his opening act on Bieber's Purpose World Tour.
Malone released his first studio album "Stoney" at the end of 2016. His follow-up album "Beerbongs and Bentleys" came in 2018. His second album included the No. 1 hits "Rockstar" featuring 21 Savage and "Psycho" and was nominated for album of the year at the Grammys. His third album "Hollywood's Bleeding was released late 2019.
